Givers Gain! This statement was given by Peter Arvell, one of the colleagues I respect most and miss most at Koenigsegg Automotive AB This mentality - where you give value to others without expecting, or demanding anything in return builds genuine trust and strong relationships. And trust and relationships are necessary critical building blocks in the ecosystem economy. Givers receive, without demanding or asking for it, many times greater value in return, which is the very point of the ecosystem economy. And innovation in ecosystem, or co-creation is a competitive capability- a superpower. Therefore, today's tip for #disruptive #innovation- but more so for #human #solidarity, given all turbulence in society all over the world, is also a tribute to my dear friend Peter Arvell : give more because givers gain!
