New Xcode 15.3 is now available! Along with the latest SDKs for iOS 17.4, iPadOS 17.4, macOS 14.4, tvOS 17.4, visionOS 1.1, and watchOS 10.4. In this one, we also get the alternative app marketplace in the European Union. I thought that this would be global, but apparently only in the EU, just to meet the regulations. Embed a 3D asset from Spline into Xcode Have Xcode 15 or later installed Create a new project. Choose iOS as Platform and App as Project Type. Enter your details, select SwiftUI for Interface and Swift for Language. Click Create to proceed. Under File menu, select Add Package Dependencies. Copy the URL from the Spline documentation, paste it into the search bar, and click Add Package to include it in your project. In your Spline project, navigate to the Export option, select Embed, and copy the SwiftUI code. Paste the code by replacing from Import SwiftUI to Before Preview. Your 3D asset is now fully operational. You can enhance your app by adding UI elements on top of the 3D assets using the Overlay feature. Spline 3D assets are compatible with the iPad, Mac, and Vision OS. #swiftui #swift #splinetool
