So important to be surrounded by the right people. We see scores of examples everyday where talented and good people lose their vibes under the influence of toxic culture. Nurture people and let them grow in true sense (unlike the current culture in most corporates) as they are the biggest asset.

If you want to leave a legacy as an individual or as a team, simply be kind. That's it. Be. Kind. Always. String together days ... then years ... then decades ... that are marked by kindness. Everything else will take care of itself. Live a life that is infused by kindness.
