Celebrating Neurodiversity Month from the Heart For me, this isn't just about a month on the calendar—it's personal. I've seen firsthand the incredible things that happen when neurodivergent people are given the space to be themselves and share their individual genius. It's inspiring, it's heartwarming, and it's a reminder that every single person has something amazing to offer. Let's celebrate the incredible variety of minds and the unique brilliance that each person brings. This month means a lot to me because it's not just about raising awareness—it's about recognizing and appreciating the genius that comes from being different. It's about understanding that there's no "right" way to think, learn, or create. The beauty of neurodiversity is in its ability to bring fresh perspectives, unexpected insights, and boundless creativity. Let's embrace neurodiversity, not just in April, but every day. By doing so, we unlock the full potential of all the brilliant minds around us. #AutismAcceptance #Inclusion #CelebrateDifferences #Acceptance

Right on!!! Not comparable to autism, I have had severe ADHD (inattentive and hyperfocus) my whole life (girls are notoriously under diagnosed). hyperfocus has always been my superpower, but before finally being diagosed at 40(!) … the inattentive side has caused issues- perceived indifferent, rude for interrupting, warnings for waiting last min on admin tasks, ignoring housework (ew) and trouble being present. I couldn’t believe how backed up our health systems are on evaluations ( > 1 year) Finally understanding that my quirks were explainable scientifically and that there are tools and medication available have been a GameChanger for me. I have seen my friends struggle waiting for evaluation for their children with autism as well. my hope is that we can find a way to incentivize this next gen to consider and enter the mental health professions. Early intervention is key! Thx for bringing to light. Miss you!

I celebrate with you on the uniqueness we all have. I also wish everybody to celebrate themselves for it and to believe really in themselves.
