Could be de-spacering re-spacering using the battery spacing chairs. They should be staggered though so not working above one another incase something is dropped!!!

as a technician in risk prevention and preventive resource and Lineman, what appears in the photo, in the first instance is negligence!!!What need is there to work on top of each other? You should NEVER work in SUPERPOSITION!!! What these operators do is put or remove "spacers"
