Check out Garrett and Nick next to one of the largest IMMs currently under construction at our headquarters facility in Southwest Ohio. These guys have each had a strong hand in the birth of this 4,000+ ton machine that’s being built for a custom molder. They pale in comparison next to its enormous platens! #DriveToDeliver
In 1984-5 we built a 4,000 ton IMM in Batavia! You could do it then, you can do it now. I coded the HMI, other smart people did the sequencing
The level of pure engineering that goes into these blows this sales guy away! Go SW Ohio!!
And I thought my 500 ton machine was a decent size.... 😄
Love reading this. 4000+ ton machine would love to know what is going to come out of that thing. Good Job. Hopefully Ballantyne was involved.
Now that's a genuine big machine! Wonder what they are going to produce in this. Big vehicle bumpers?
Very impressive. Is this press being built for LPMN Structural Foam or Standard Injection molding?
That. Is. Crazy.
Hella family of 12 you're living there! Nice looking machine what are they going to mold in there complete car bodies? Nice job guys!
