https://lnkd.in/e9DtJzgx Every trade can take 20 minutes out, go and see your newly elected MP and tell them, not ask, to put a bill up to a. register every power tool, laser level and expensive hand tool on a National Tool Register and b. make it a mandatory 5 year sentence, without reduction or commution, for stealing trade tools. Posting profanities and suggestions of stocks, whippings, hands cut off etc on here or other social media achieves ZERO. If we want it to at least reduce we all need to get off our bums and apply pressure to those who can change the law. They want your vote at the next election, if you feel like it, go every 2 or 3 months until the MP knows your name.

This system is made up from two individual SS-4-bit stroke slides that are mounted on a common sub-slide. Three reasons for this type of set up. 1.     The sub-slide gives you the ability to have the necessary clearance between the customer part and the tip of the screwdriver slide.  This extra clearance makes it easy and safe for part transfer. 2.     The two individual screwdriver slides allows you to have individual control of each slide. For example, you can drive only one screw if necessary. 3.     This also allows you to keep the overall length of the assembly shorter than one single slide with the same travel. For this customer we used one SA-1.5 feed unit with our diverter mechanism. This set up allows you to feed two heads from one feed unit. If a faster cycle time is needed, we would use two feed units and feed both screw at the same time. #feedunit #screwfeedsystem #automaticscrewfeeder Visit our website at assemblyauto.com Check out our You Tube channel at https://lnkd.in/gbtDyqNC
