🌟 Excited to share that I've completed my first task in the Encryptix Machine Learning internship! 🌟 For this task, I worked on Movie Genre Classification, where the objective was to classify movies into genres such as comedy, action, sci-fi, etc. I employed three different feature extraction techniques: CountVectorizer, TfidfVectorizer, and GloVe embeddings. Additionally, I used three different models: Logistic Regression, Random Forest, and Support Vector Machine. After rigorous experimentation, the Random Forest Classifier emerged as the top performer, showcasing the highest accuracy among all models tested. For this predictive model, I utilized a dataset sourced from Kaggle, a treasure of data science resources. By this dataset, I aimed to unravel the factors that influenced the survival rates of passengers aboard the Titanic.
