Recently our Founder Tim Haak published an article in Lancaster Thriving magazine. In it, he outlined some of our key strategies for maintaining our unique company culture with a fully remote team. We understand the challenges of staying connected and maintaining great working relationships. Over the past three years, as Mile6 has expanded into new states and time zones, we have enjoyed all the creative ways the team has adapted and thrived.
