🚌🌟 National Coach Week is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the unsung heroes who keep our communities moving. As someone with extensive experience driving buses and coaches, I know firsthand the vital role these vehicles play in our lives. 🌟 Celebrating National Coach Week! 🚌 I’ve spent years behind the wheel, ensuring safe and efficient transportation for passengers. 🛣️ 👉 Why Coaches Matter: Coaches connect communities, bridging gaps when trains are down or flights are diverted. The’re the reliable backbone of travel! Over half a million students rely on coaches daily to get to school and college. Education wouldn’t be the same without us. When the road gets tough, they keep rolling—whether it’s a scenic tour or a commuter route. 👉 Training Tomorrow’s Drivers: I’ve had the privilege of training countless drivers, passing on the skills and dedication needed for this rewarding career. Even as a Trainer, I occasionally step into the driver’s seat. Because once a driver, always a driver! 👉 Join the Conversation: Let’s celebrate National Coach Week together! Share your stories, experiences, and love for the industry. Use the hashtag #NationalCoachWeek to connect with fellow professionals and enthusiasts. 👉 Career Opportunities: Looking for a fulfilling career? Consider coaching! It’s not just a job; it’s a chance to impact lives and explore the open road. 🚌🌟 To all the drivers, trainers, and industry champions out there. Thank you for keeping our wheels turning! 🙌 #NationalCoachWeek #BusAndCoachIndustry #DrivingPassion

I help impact-focused organizations scale for greater impact, retain clients and team members, build culture, spark innovation, and save time for what matters most. For more info, see the Outcomes & Process Video below.
When someone's emotions raise, we don't have to go along for the ride. But many people, from entry positions to owners, do just that because they haven't been shown other possibilities. So, basically, someone who isn't part of the business is actually leading the business's response and may go on to talk or post about what the company did. I'm excited to be offering a training on this topic this afternoon. Participants will learn how to respond differently in this training that is designed to be more comprehensive and flexible than others. With this content, they will gain a better understanding of why that has happened in the past and how to respond more confidently. So, instead of that person ruining their day and night by default, it'll make their day, because they will be able to make a difference while making themselves and the organization they represent look great. What's your most impactful activity planned for today?

I train PTA's to level up their career and provide them a successful route to be their own B.O.S.S without a P.T.
Good news for PTA’s! Well, 2 things.. First, opening a business is NOT as hard as it seems. It will come with new challenges and new things to learn but it’s easier than you think it is! Second, when you become a Stretch Mobility Coach you’re given EVERYTHING you need to start and grow your business and set yourself up for success. Even better, we are seeing with current SMC coaches who’ve taken the business owner route that their businesses are THRIVING because of the demand for what we do! People are not able to get this type of care anywhere else. If you’re a PTA looking at all of your options for career advancement, then you won’t want to miss out on learning about becoming a Stretch Mobility Coach! Queen of Killing the Status Quo | Business Strategist & Life Coach| Remember who TF you are and make 7-figures while doing it | HD Projector| Ring the 🔔
Thing my clients are working on this week, while you lurk instead of hiring me 👀 Btw, make sure you’re getting in my masterclass on May 22 and 23 to learn how to set boundaries and make hella cash. Anyway….. Client 1: sitting in compliments and creating a morning routine that makes her feel powerful. Right now she neglects that aspect of her day, which makes her feel sluggish and unworthy. We need her to feel powerful AF when she launches her program, so we are starting here Client 2: Creating polarizing content for her industry. We are working on attracting dreamy clients to her new coaching offer, and that starts with ruffling some feathers 😎 Client 3: upping her price from $997 to $1500 for her 1:1 offer, feeling safety in the higher price, and pitching it for the first time. Having the 15 hour work week is a strong goal for her but we can’t do that on slave wages, so every time she signs a client, we bump the price. All my clients are working towards feeling powerful AF, setting important boundaries that keep them in their power, and learning to feel safe with lots of money. But each way we tackle this for every woman, is different. But always potent. Always aligned. And if you’re on the fence about working with me, get in my masterclass so you can get a taste of these coaching flavors 😘

I was the first hire The Lennox Academy 12 months ago, here's 12 learnings off the top of my head 12) Create processes & space for innovation, our best ideas have come when we have put our heads together. Make time for it 11) There's a "what if" scenario for everything, particularly in start up world. Go for it - what's the worst that can happen 10) Create a process when something breaks the first time, the first time 9) There's always "something else" to be done in a start up, prioritise ruthlessly and batch tasks, then turn your laptop off 8) Enjoy the milestones, they come and go very quickly 7) Break even costs per month is a very motivating quota 6) Specialise roles & responsibilities as early as possible 5) A founders business is like their child 4) New hires change the dynamic, make sure to get them right (they've been great, don't worry) 3) Word of mouth is under-served as an acquisition channel 2) If your comfort zone is moving every month, that's a good thing 1) Find a niche, stick to the niche

Regarding finding a WalkMe or DAP champion. Wanting to do it is important because there is no one way to implement WalkMe. Each company and application are unique and require different approaches depending on culture, app complexity and current knowledge.
What to do when your WalkMe™ champion leaves? The employee trait you're looking for is not what you think... Here's something I run into often. WalkMe works really well when the person that FIRST brings it into the org also becomes an initial builder. They see it, they get it, they want to make it work. Down the road, that person gets promoted or takes another job. Someone needs to pick it up. Maybe we hire someone.. But first we try to fill internally. Now what? Well, people come to WalkMe from all sorts of different backgrounds. There's not one specific degree or career path for DAP. And yes, there are a number of important qualities for a WalkMe builder: Not afraid to push buttons Empathetic to end users Forward-thinking Detail-oriented Etc However, based on my experience, the most important quality is something else.. That your employee WANTS TO DO IT. OK boss, let's talk about DELEGATION. Delegation doesn't just mean that the boss says "Hey Sarah, surprise, guess what you're in charge of now?" If you need to find a new WalkMe lead, ASK as opposed to just telling someone. "Hey, as you guys know, Jen is leaving and we need to find someone to own WalkMe. Is there anyone who would be willing?" Once we have made the ask, we can talk about reporting, priorities, training, plans, all that fun stuff. But you DON'T want to just dump this on someone. (Side note: Manager Tools has some of the best material around about handling delegation / priorities / etc.) Either way, once someone on your team has raised their hand and it seems like a fit? Send them to my DAP Academy program. It's perfect for auditing where you are, shoring up what's broken, building new content and charting the proper course. What do you think? How would you handle this turnover?
