My Raw and Real Experience of Grief 🌿 VULBERABILITY POST ALERT!! In the past eight months, life handed me its most bitter pills ... the loss of both my parents. I've opened up about this heart-wrenching journey in my video, not just to share, but to connect with anyone who's ever been touched by loss. Facing grief has been like walking through a thick fog, where even the simplest tasks felt like mountains. I'm sharing this raw truth, not for sympathy, but to genuinely express how grief can envelop us, making us feel lost in our own lives. This journey has taught me a profound truth — grief knows no time. It's not about 'getting over' loss but learning to live with it, allowing it to become part of our story. Our loved ones never truly leave us; they live on in the lessons they've imparted and the love they've shared. I've learned the importance of sitting with my grief, of fully acknowledging it. It's in these moments of vulnerability that we find our strength. It's okay to not be okay. Your grief is your own, and no one else's timetable applies to it. If my story resonates with you, know this — your grief is uniquely yours, and it's as strong and as gentle as you need it to be. There's no 'right way' to grieve, and no set time to move forward. Your emotions, your pace, your story — they're valid, they're heard, they're seen. In sharing my unfiltered journey, I hope to offer a hand to hold for anyone else navigating through their own seas of grief. I encourage you to share your own stories of loss and resilience in the comments. Together, we can find strength in our shared vulnerability. 🔗 If my words have touched a chord, or if you need a safe space to talk about your grief, my inbox is always open. Reach out directly via direct message. In this shared space, let's honor our losses and the strength they bring. #milesaheadlifecoaching #vulnerabilityisstrength #lifecoaching #patriceInspires
