The 'work from home' happiness formula: Small pleasures + Big impact = Joyful productivity Often, I used to feel unproductive throughout the day, as if I hadn't achieved anything, and that made me feel sad. To overcome this, I started journaling a few days ago. Here's the list I made yesterday of the little joys I experienced during work! 1. Coffee sips. 2. Ticking off tasks. 3. Perfect productivity playlist. 4. Sneaking in quick stretches between meetings. 5. Organising workspace. 6. Greeting pets silently. 7. Victory dances. It's not always about the big, fireworks-worthy achievements (though those are awesome too). It's about cherishing those small, everyday victories that make the work life a little more bearable. What made you do a little happy dance today? Share your small wins and let's celebrate together! After all, happiness is best when it's shared. #remotework #happy

Small things make a big difference! And sometimes, they’re all you need to feel balanced. As working professionals, life often feels like a race— -deadlines -meetings -endless to-dos. What do you do to feel balanced? This is my story: Amidst the hustle, my partner and I found a little ritual that keeps us grounded. Every year on our birthdays, my partner and I skip the glamour of 5-star dinners. Instead, we head to a tiny, humble tea shop tucked away in a quiet lane. No frills, no noise—just the aroma of chai, a couple of wooden benches, and uninterrupted "us time." It’s where we leave work talk behind and rediscover life’s simplest joys. Sharing stories, laughing over old memories, and just being present. Those 30 minutes of chai and chatter remind us that balance isn’t about big gestures; it’s about finding joy in the small things. Do you have a small ritual that helps bring balance to your busy life? #CareerDwar#WorkLifeBalance#SimplifyToThrive

The Importance of Being Happier for Both Business and Personal Life Happiness isn't just a personal goal; it's a powerful strategy for success in both business and personal life. When we're happy, we're more productive, creative, and resilient. Happiness helps us make better decisions, connect authentically with others, and face challenges with greater ease. Here's a practical method for pursuing more happiness in your life: 1. Create an Environment Conducive to Happiness Surround yourself with an environment that fosters positive feelings. This includes organizing your workspace to inspire you and choosing people who uplift you. Example: Decorate your office with colors you love or add plants that bring life to the space. 2. Help Those in Need Helping others is one of the most powerful ways to feel good about yourself. Offer your time, knowledge, or even a listening ear to someone in need. Example: Dedicate a few hours a month to volunteer work or mentoring. 3. Focus Completely on Your Priority Identify what truly matters to you and channel your energy into it. Set aside distractions and focus on what brings true meaning. Example: If your priority is spending more time with your family, turn off your phone during meals or moments spent with them. 4. Make Your Decision Final When you make a decision, commit to it fully. Don’t leave room for doubt. This creates a sense of security and direction in your life. Example: If you decide to start a new project, create a clear plan and stick to it, without getting sidetracked by other opportunities. 5. Seek Face-to-Face Interactions In-person interactions strengthen bonds and create deeper connections than virtual ones. Dedicate time to being physically present with the people who matter to you. Example: Schedule weekly meetups with friends or colleagues instead of always communicating through messages. Advantage of Using This Method By following this method, you build a solid foundation for a happier, more balanced life, which directly impacts your performance in both business and personal life. Happiness increases your resilience, strengthens your relationships, and makes challenges seem smaller. Challenge: Choose one of the points above and put it into practice this week. Notice the changes it brings to your happiness and, consequently, to your business and personal life. #happinessinbusiness #personallife #wellbeing #productivity #personaldevelopment #focusnegotium

In a world where hustle culture often glorifies overwork and burn out… taking a ‘break’ can feel, at best like a luxury, at worst like we are letting down our employer, colleagues and clients... 𝗪𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗚! Taking a break and prioritizing self-care is beneficial for our well-being AND essential for our productivity and creativity in the long run. This was me for years. ❌ I glorified the ‘hustle’ culture and here is what my life looked like: ❌ I worked the 70+ hour weeks. ❌ I missed the family events because I had too much work to complete over the weekend. ❌ I was lazy with my health and wellness in the name of meeting “the deadline” 𝗜 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱. BUT... 𝗜 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝘂𝘁... and I can help you find your way out as well. The reason I am sharing this with you today is so you do not make the same mistakes I made. Here are three things I did and what I take our clients through: ✔️ Brain dumping desires ✔️ Creating the right goals and actionable steps ✔️ Strategies for guaranteed follow through What we have found that works best for our clients to overcome the stress, overwhelm and burnout is to have a coach and repeatable system. Which is why I am 𝗘𝗫𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗗! To announce our new 12-week coaching program that helps you overcome the stress in your life, find the time for all the things you love and create a life of adventures. According to my 5-year-old, there are two kinds of days: Snuggle days and work days. Snuggle days are weekends or days when I can work remotely from home. These days allow me to cuddle with her when she wakes up, admire her drawings throughout the day, have lunch together, and just be more present. They are slower days filled with love and connection. Work days, on the other hand, mean leaving by 7 AM and not getting home until dinner time. I barely have time to talk to her during the day, and despite my best efforts, I can come home stressed and tired. She can always tell. I have less energy for adventures, walks, and playtime. This week has had a LOT of Snuggle days, and it's been a reminder of the importance of work/life balance. Taking time to unwind and be present with our loved ones is crucial for our well-being and happiness. I'm truly appreciating these precious moments and the opportunity to recharge. Work hard, but remember to make time for your Snuggle days. They are just as important for your productivity and mental health as the work days. #WorkLifeBalance #RemoteWork #FamilyTime #MentalHealth #Productivity #WellBeing

🏃♂️💼 Running the Work-Life Marathon? Let's Catch Our Breath Together! Hey there, fellow life juggler! 👋 Can we get real for a sec? Is it just me, or does it sometimes feel like we're all sprinting on this endless treadmill called life? Work emails pinging at midnight, family wondering if you still remember what they look like, and your "me time"? Ha! What's that? 😅 I hit that wall last week. There I was, laptop in one hand, cold coffee in the other, when my kid asked, "Dad/Mom, remember when we used to play catch?" Ouch. Right in the feels. 💔 So, I'm calling a timeout. Who's with me? Let's talk about this work-life tightrope we're all wobbling on: 1. 🙋♂️ When was the last time you truly unplugged? (Netflix doesn't count, you workaholic!) 2. 🧘♀️ What's one small thing you do just for YOU each day? 3. 🚫 What's your biggest struggle in setting boundaries? Here's my challenge to you (and myself): This week, let's all do ONE thing to tip the scales back towards "life" in our work-life balance. Maybe it's a tech-free dinner, a lunchtime walk, or *gasp* actually using those vacation days? Drop a comment with your ONE thing. Let's hold each other accountable, cheer each other on, and remember - we're human beings, not human doings! 💖 Who knows? Maybe we'll start a "Leave on Time" revolution! Are you in? #WorkLifeBalance #MentalHealth #SelfCare #ProfessionalGrowth #LifeHacks
