Sales process. Too easy, it’s ineffective, like a colander, it’s very leaky. Too detailed, it’ll get ignored and salesperson pushback. A straightforward sales process running in a detailed behaviour model managed correctly , with a realistic mindset attached to it is the approach that gives more consistent positive results. Easier said than done. Managers and leaders have to be committed to support sales staff, in a culture of personal growth for long term success. So many moving cogs to that machine. The fast moving growth companies like Oracle, HP , Splunk embrace and embed a sales process in their company for continued success. That’s where we work.
