This is a great solution for properly mounting devices in drop ceilings.
Attention electricians and technicians! Are you tired of dealing with subpar ceiling brackets on your projects? Think about all the time and labor hours that go into fixing these issues. Our calculations show that fixing just 25 devices per site takes about 6.25 hours of technician time, and assuming it happens on 50 projects per year, that is 312.5 hours of wasted labor. That's a lot of time spent fixing avoidable issues! Say goodbye to those margin vampires and hello to the Space Age tiger claw bracket. Upgrade your ceiling brackets today and save yourself time and money in the long run. #electrician #technician #construction #ceilingbrackets #SpaceAgeTigerClawBracket

MEM/HME Maintenance Engineer (Autonomous & Non-Autonomous Assets), AHS Specialist, & Tri Trader (Automotive Electrician, HD Fitter, & HVAC Mechanic) at Ready Resources Pty Ltd. Australia.
THERE’S A REASON FOR EVERYTHING… Everything happens for a reason, whether it's something you're excited about or not. It's all for a purpose in the big picture. Enjoy the process knowing it will be used to make you stronger in the long run. Sometimes certain events are necessary in order for a grander opportunity to cross our paths. I had the privilege to scout talent across the world. During the process, I scheduled an interview for 2 people at the same time with different professional roles (Automotive Electrician & HD Fitter) but with the same question on a mobile plant fault. After the engagement with these gentlemen, one of the senior management questioned why I did that and one of the applicants was also not happy because he said was I trying to expose his weaknesses? My reasons for doing this 2-man interview was that, there’s a lot of instances where when a machine breakdown or a recurring faults happen; there is sometimes a blame game between Auto Electricians and HD Fitters especially when the machine fault is complicated. So I was expecting these from them: 1. Teamwork 2. Collaboration and knowledge sharing in solving the machine fault 3. Individual weaknesses and what one can do to cover up 4. Learning from each other Stochastically, I have been in the mining maintenance field(Engineering Management, Automotive Electrical/Electronics, HD Fitter, HVAC, and AHS) for awhile and I know the pros and cons as well as RAMs(Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety) is concerned and I have seen some of the drawbacks. All comments, suggestions and questions are welcome… #HRmanagement #FutureEngagement #learningstrategy #businessimprovement

Juggling contractors🤹 Upgrading and extending any current setting has its challenges! For me, understanding the sequence of work, who has to do what and in which order is not an issue. For me it's making sure the #construction company, #electrician, #ventilation guy, painting crew and #fire alarm company deliver the exact quality or even higher quality than what was stated on the quotation! I will share the AFTER video in a few days 👷♂️🚧👷♀️ #mechanicalengineering #TechInnovation #civilengineering

Our engineers carried out a detailed inspection of the electrical and mechanical systems in the Blackwall sub-tunnel. Due to its Confined Space Classification, entry is only possible when the main tunnel is closed, with proper safety gear and training required. #hybridassetsolutions #assetmaintenance #tunnel #reactiverepairs

Understanding the contrast between a Proprietary System and a Prescribed System is crucial when it comes to fall-arrest or access assemblies like static lines, rigid rails, or davits. These systems can be categorised based on their design and installation approach. Proprietary System (Engineered System): •Pre-engineered and compliant with the applicable Australian Standard if installed within the manufacturer's installation limitations and guidelines. •Site-specific limitations are to be considered and documented as necessary. •Manufacturer documentation supplied as part of the handover documentation for the installation. Prescribed System (Mixed Manufacturer System): •Each system is individually designed by a rigger or engineer. •The installer must provide relevant supporting documentation and calculations to validate the design, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards. •Prepared by the installer considering the engineering, materials, site-specific usage requirements. Knowing the distinction between these systems is essential for various reasons, including ensuring engineering compliance and adherence to safety standards. #HeightSafety #FallPrevention #EngineeringSafety #Kerrectgroup #heightspecialists
