I reduce commercial energy costs through personal recommendations Looking for people who are open minded and considering an extra income steam. I also provide the cheapest energy for homeowners in UK
RECOGNITION - Please scroll down Recognition plays a crucial role in the satisfaction and motivation as an independant distributor with UW, especially as we help families save money as well as help people get residual income from home working whatever hours suit you. When people are recognized for their efforts, it not only boosts their morale but also reinforces the importance of their work. This kind of acknowledgment can be a significant factor in job satisfaction and personal fulfillment, something that might not be as prevalent in larger organizations like the NHS. In the NHS, the vast scale and structure can sometimes lead to individual contributions being overlooked, making it challenging to receive personalized recognition for one's efforts. I have worked in the NHS for 40 years with ZERO recognition and lots of hassle and challenges. Working in a setting where your work in helping families is regularly recognized can be more rewarding and impactful than in larger, more bureaucratic environments. Please message me if you want to be part of a massive team of positive individuals who want to help each other and keep each other motivated and get recognition at every new achievement. It is so fulfilling, being paid once and then every month there after is massive and this residual income (like music royalty) is also willable. David 07486 311 492

Are all professional awards really just pay-to-play? I know it's not something new, but it’s a question I find myself asking after several invitations to participate in award programs that, at first glance, look prestigious and flattering. These invites often come with endorsements from high-profile names and promise to amplify personal achievements and support worthy causes like women’s empowerment. But soon after the initial contact, the catch appears: hidden fees, mandatory paid 'PR packages', or tickets to expensive gala events. This practice makes me question the credibility of such awards. Does making a payment undermine the value of winning? Are there any true merit-based awards left that don’t require a financial commitment? I’m interested in hearing from my network. How do you discern genuine recognition from those with strings attached?

Have you ever stopped to consider the immense impact that genuine recognition can have on your team? In an industry as demanding as senior living and skilled nursing, recognizing the hard work and dedication of our team members is not just a nice-to-have, it's essential. It's about more than just saying good job – it's about acknowledging the challenges they overcome, the compassion they show, and the difference they make in the lives of our residents every single day. So here's a challenge for us all: let's commit to identifying and celebrating at least one specific achievement or quality in a team member each week. Whether it's through a formal recognition program, a personal note, or a shout-out during a team meeting, these moments of appreciation can transform workplace morale. Who will you recognize this week?

Part 3 The Power of Opportunity: A Gratitude to Those Who Open Doors The Essence of Opportunity Opportunity is more than just a privilege or advantage; it is a vital element that enables growth and fulfillment. It is the doorway to developing a wide range of skills, both practical and soft, that contribute to personal and professional satisfaction. Skills Developed Through Opportunity The skills honed through opportunities can be broadly categorized into: -Practical Skills: These include technical abilities and knowledge specific to one's role. For example, managing hospital linens, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring high kitchen standards. Soft Skills: These encompass communication, interpersonal relations, problem-solving, leadership, and financial management. They are crucial for effective teamwork, customer service, and navigating complex challenges. - Presentation and Organizational Skills: Opportunities to present on platforms like Radio Stations or coordinate events such as World Food Day enhance one's ability to convey ideas clearly and manage large-scale projects efficiently. #The Role of Leaders in Creating Opportunities The impact of opportunities is deeply intertwined with the leaders and mentors who create them. Leaders who recognize and nurture potential by placing individuals in roles that challenge and develop them are invaluable. They understand that job satisfaction stems from the ability to utilize and expand one's true essence and value. Appreciation for Those Who Open Doors I am immensely grateful to the Medical Directors, Heads Of Departments, Hospital Directors, Apex Caterers, who have entrusted me with various roles. These opportunities have broadened my perspective beyond my departmental boundaries, allowing me to contribute meaningfully to diverse discussions and offer solutions to challenges outside my immediate responsibilities. Opportunities should never be taken for granted. When given a chance to serve or showcase your skills, it is essential to: - Serve Well: Embrace the opportunity with dedication and strive to exceed expectations. - **Self-Improve**: Continuously seek ways to enhance your skills and knowledge. -Add Value: Contribute positively and make a meaningful impact in your role. Gratitude to Those Who Believe in Us I extend my heartfelt thanks to the individuals who nominated and supported me, particularly during the World Food Day 2023 event. Being chosen as a member and later as a secretary provided me with invaluable experiences and the chance to grow both professionally and personally. Conclusion: Opportunities are pivotal for personal and professional growth. They require us to develop ourselves and deliver our best. By doing so, we not only honor the trust placed in us but also pave the way for future successes. Thank you to everyone who has played a role in creating these opportunities for me; your support has been instrumental in my journey. The journey continues......Ciao.
