- In production, robotic arms work independently of humans. There are restrictions that ban a person from working in the same room as robotic arms. A strong enough robotic arm can cause significant damage. What are you planning to do? - I believe I will first make it safe and then train it to collaborate with another person. An independent engine power management system is required. The CPU must be able to turn the motors on and off. If the CPU fails to respond to system demands, the system must disconnect power from the motors. Modern servo motors may convey the tilt angle. But can this data be trusted? Under dynamic loads, engines' physical characteristics vary. Backlashes occur. The readings transmitted by the engine no longer coincide with the real ones. We need external sensors that can display angle, acceleration, and direction. Before the flashing process, I specify the number of motors and arm lengths for computations. I think it must be removed. The robotic arm must diagnose itself. Calculate arm lengths, engine counts, allowable overloads, and speed restrictions. If the robotic arm loses stability, it must attempt to rebalance itself before the protective mechanisms are activated and the power is shut off. The video camera should be mounted behind the claw. When viewing an object from various perspectives, the robotic hand must learn how to interact with it. Sensors are required for the claws. Pressure sensors, laser rangefinder. It must be able to determine whether an object in the claw has lost stability. Then it will become intriguing. #robotics
