Stepping back 10 years, the largest spec building in #RenoNevada ever developed at that time was 624,000 SF by Dermody Properties. Typically, anything larger would require a Build-to-Suit, taking 10-14 months. Northern Nevada emerged as the ideal West Coast location for a company, presenting the challenge of finding a quick solution north of 700,000 SF.
