These drawers are so satisfying to observe in detail, as is the quality of each part that makes up the engine.
Organization, Calm and Rigor for the assembly of our engines. Each part is identified in its specific housing, each drawer corresponds to a step. These displays protect the parts and facilitate assembly operations, the engine technician remains focused on its assembly. #broughsuperior #elflubricants #engine #assembly

Managing Partner @ Pointman Safety Assisting companies with safety regulations, empowering workers, and protecting your most valuable assets.
Aerial lifts are used on the job everyday! The employer is required to ensure that all authorized lift operators receive training from a qualified individual who is experienced with the specific type of aerial lift in use. After completing the training, operators should always adhere to the manufacturer's instructions. Employees must utilize appropriate fall protection measures to prevent the occurrence of a serious or fatal fall. We recommend using a Self Retracting Lanyard by Malta Dynamics connected to an engineered anchor point within the basket. Avoid attaching the lanyard to the guardrail. For employees, always conduct a pre-job walk-through to identify the presence of power lines. Consult with your supervisor to confirm whether the electrical wires or power lines have been de-energized. If you are not a qualified electrical worker, consult with a competent electrician or supervisor to determine the distance needed from the power lines. If you need help in applying these safety protocols feel free to reach out to us. We are happy to assist you! #AerialLifts #HazardAlert #SafetyProtocols #PointmanSafety

Have you booked your pre-crossing rig check? At RSB Rigging, our rig checks focus on a thorough visual inspection of the mast, boom, and associated hardware. These routine checks are critical for identifying potential issues before they develop into more serious problems. During this inspection, an RSB technician will carefully examine all visible components to ensure they are in good condition and functioning as expected. Following the inspection, we provide a detailed report outlining any identified problems and recommendations for rectification. This report includes a summary of the inspection, photographs where necessary, and a clear action plan for any necessary repairs or maintenance. After each rig check, we ensure that the rig log is updated with all work carried out, keeping a thorough record for maintenance and compliance purposes. A copy of the updated log, along with the detailed report, will be provided to the yacht’s crew and, if necessary, sent to the mast manufacturer. Make sure to book in early to avoid a last minute rush: projects@rsb-rigging.com +34 971 495 931 #rigcheck #riginspection #yachtrigging #superyachtrigging #sailingyacht

For a little light entertainment after my last post. Just a few comments made by L3 technicians offshore in the UK as recorded by 1 person within the last 12 months. Now some of these are bloody frightening. ◦ No need to quarantine gear if its serial number doesn’t match the manifest if it looks ok. ◦ It’s fine to write your name with a sharpie on a helmet or stick any and every stinker on it as the manufacturers don’t know what they are talking about. ◦ No need for rope protectors or isolating steel strops on retrievable rigging over new or rusted beams if you know the person will be up and down quickly and you know you can perform a quick snatch rescue if needed. ◦ The point of the manifest is to count and make sure all the gear is there. Serial numbers are checked in the office so don’t need to be checked against the manifest. ◦ If your team are aid climbing then you can do the rescue on aid too. No need for ropes because if they’ve aided there then you’ll have to aid back with the casualty. ◦ One rams is ok for inboard, outboard, aid, multiple jackets etc as long as you have written it and have a copy for an audit as no one ever pays attention to them any way. ◦ If the wind speed is over ??knots (company limit I was working for at the time) then you can not even work inside a closed module that is totally sheltered because if you have an accident the first question they will ask is what was the wind speed.

🚧👷🏼The Power of Teamwork: Operator & Dirt Technician in Sync🦺🚧 In our line of work, success isn’t just about the equipment we use; it’s about how well our team works together. The relationship between a machine operator and a dirt technician is a perfect example of teamwork in action. To get the job done right, they need to move in perfect sync—communicating, adapting, and anticipating each other’s next move. It’s this seamless flow that turns a challenging project into a job well done. The operator relies on precision and control, while the dirt technician’s keen eye and hands-on approach guide the way. When these roles come together like clockwork, that’s when we see true progress on the job site. Teamwork isn’t just a skill; it’s the force that drives everything we do at Phillips Skid Steering. We know that when our crew is in sync, there’s nothing we can’t accomplish! #TeamworkMakesTheDreamWork #MachineOperator #DirtTechnician #ConstructionCrew #PhillipsSkidSteering #CentralTexasProjects #BuildingTexas #HeavyEquipment #ConstructionLife #LandDevelopment #ProjectSuccess #JobsiteSynergy #TexasContractors
