Reflecting on the past year, I'm incredibly proud of what we've accomplished together. Here are the top 3 highlights: 1. Apollo Go Product Launch: We took a fresh approach with this launch, and the results have been phenomenal. Since preorders opened, the Apollo Go has become one of our top-performing scooters, perfect for those looking to upgrade from entry-level models. 2. Website Revamp: Leading the team to enhance our website for a better customer experience was a rewarding challenge. I can't take all the credit—huge shoutout to Matthew Silins and Shawn Santiago for their hard work and dedication, without whom it wouldn't have been possible! 😉 3. Brand Identity and Communication Pillars Update: We refreshed our brand identity and communication strategy to align with market trends and our customers' needs. This has been crucial in maintaining our position as industry leaders. Some interesting insights about our scooters and Apollo: 1. About 50% of Apollo Scooter buyers are upgrading from another brand, seeking higher quality and better performance. 2. Our customers range from daily commuters to thrill-seekers who enjoy the freedom and outdoor experience our scooters provide. 3. Many customers have told us they ditched their cars after experiencing the convenience and joy of an Apollo Scooter! Final thoughts: Scooters are transforming urban transportation, reducing car dependency, and creating more people-friendly cities. I'm proud to be part of this movement, helping to take cars off the streets, one scooter at a time. I enjoyed talking to Philip Georgiadis at this week's Financial Times Future of the Car Summit.
