Mihai Chicks, Mihai's one of the great leaders of the positive psychology movie, and what he studied was how people can enjoy work and enjoy what they're doing to a point where they lose themselves. They start to explain it, as this were called, flow, where you're just kind of like in a zone. And so counterintuitively, I made this call to drop our rating and increase our vote. And because the trust was so high and we've worked really hard on. Being able to. Execute in our processes so well our boat speed came back and we rode to everyone and we got second. And it's the one race in my life that I can remember. Like time slowed down. When you're helping someone grow, it means that you're challenging them. If you're challenging them, it means that they're going to be experiencing emotional discomfort because their brain is going to be reshaping itself in order to be able to live up to the challenger setting for them. And what's really important to note here is how is the person thinking about the experience that they're having? What do you notice about what they're paying attention to? Where are they along this journey and how can you meet them where they are to support them through that? The how. Even we were explicitly asked to go to the how and you know, just remembering that that is very much a default for most leaders and. Just how important it is to. Bring that. Different lanes in mindset to. You know, the interactions with their colleagues, with their peers, with, with their staff.
