What a time to be a student. The plan for this week was to code at least an hour a day but my health said No. I got sick emotionally before the physical sickness entered. When the emotional sickness started, I talked to 2 of my not-so-close friends(we all have that person we don't talk to everyday but if something comes up, we can discuss at length right?) and I was shocked by what I heard. Depression is really playing a big one on students currently, I mean feeling blank and numb for no reason isn't usual right? Funny how I and a project mate decided to work on depression and mood trackers for students as it's really on the increase. What exactly is the cause of all these? Mind you, these people are doing really well in their chosen field so it's definitely not because of career. What a time to be a student! I know everyone is actually facing something but can we reach out to any student we know around us? Together, we can help each other. Did you know? June is mental health awareness for men. Check on that friend today 🙂.

Student life can be incredibly challenging, and it's important to remember to prioritise your mental health during this time. 😎 Between classes, exams, and extracurricular activities, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. Remember to take time for yourself, practice self-care, and reach out for support if you need it. 📢 Your mental well-being is just as important as your academic success. It's okay to not be okay, and seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. We're all in this together, and it's important to support one another. Take care of yourself, and don't be afraid to reach out to others. Your mental health is important, and you deserve to feel your best. ✔ #FGFactorDrinks #StudentLife #MentalHealthMatters #MindfulMonday #HealthyHabits #StressLess #YouGotThis #UKStudents
