5 attitudes you need to enter with in 2024 : 1. Heal privately, grow publicly. If you have thought of changing yourself, do not announce it publicly. Just bloom! 🌻 2. Live your life inside-out. Don't fake anything for the sake of sympathy because nobody cares. We think what people will think but at the end, nobody cares. Just be real! 💫 3. Move on from something just like day-before-yesterday. Yes, just like we remember what we did yesterday but not about the day before yesterday. Move on should be that easy. Some things are meant to end for better things to begin. 🦋 4. Just like not everyone is for us, we're not for everyone. Just be okay with not being invited or included. Make your own world! 🌍 5. Rest in peace to the opportunities which we thought about a lot but did not make the first move. So this year, let's do more and think less. Our recent Philly mastermind event pushed boundaries with 45 members doing things that most masterminds can’t replicate. Sandbag burpees, breath work sessions led by the incredible Ryan Kennedy and an unparalleled environment where vulnerability and authenticity reigned supreme. This isn't just about getting fit—it's about unlocking new levels of mental and emotional clarity. We had a room full of hard charging men in a breath work session experiencing deep emotional releases, something that wasn’t expected but needed.
