Turn dinner into a culinary delight with our Peach Glazed Pork Chops!✨ Paired perfectly with quinoa and a fresh garden salad, this dish is a true taste sensation. INGREDIENTS • 80 g low sugar peach jam (all-natural or organic) • ½ tsp minced fresh ginger • ¼ tsp cinnamon • 170 g bone-in pork loin rib chops, cut ¾-inch (2 cm) thick Fresh thyme DIRECTIONS • In a small bowl, stir together the peach preserves, ginger, and cinnamon. Sometimes dinner inspiration comes from the most unlikely places! I made this recipe as a munchy for a large group that they scooped up with chips. Turns out you can scoop with endive leaves just as well. Or a fork! So, yeehaw! Let's rustle up some Cowboy Caviar that'll have your taste buds two-stepping! 🤠 Here goes … 🫘 Round Up Your Ingredients: black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, bells (red, green, or yellow for a pop of color), red onion, jalapeños (for a spicy kick), cilantro, and ripe avocado chunks. After using it in one recipe, you can rinse it off and then toss it into a pot for another round. 3. *Grind them*: Once a cinnamon stick starts losing its robust flavor, you can grind it down into powder for a final use in baking or cooking.
