Add scallops to the skillet and sear until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside. 4. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. 5. Add pineapple chunks to the skillet and cook until lightly caramelized. 6. Add leafy greens to the skillet and cook until wilted. 7. Return the scallops to the skillet and toss everything together.
