This really is so important. A common refrain I hear in my conversations is "Well, if we can keep them beyond X months, then our customers are much stickier." The length of that "tipping point," as Tony calls it, varies company to company. Finding a way to get customers over that hump can do wonders for LTV. Testing, surveys, offers, discounts, trials. There are so many different strategies that can help. You just gotta have drive and the right tools to get there.
