KPIs are important, but what about metrics involving employee well-being? It’s interesting to me that many treatment centers don't actually measure Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS). The eNPS is a way to assess your teams work satisfaction and engagement. It tells you if your employees would recommend your company as a place to work. Ask yourself right now what that score would be. High? Low? Sure, you're tracking patient inquiries. You’re measuring speed. You’re looking at the volume of discharges and admissions. But are you measuring the other health measures of your business? 📊 What gives you a pulse on your employee well-being? Your company can't run without your team.
