So what excites me about Mine Valley is get to work on pretty exciting product that students are meaningful things for people's lives, transformation and well-being. It's a really rewarding space to work in and I get the added bonus again to work with a bunch of smart, passionate people who really care about what they're doing. I love what Mine Valley stands for and the goal of helping humans better themselves. I love seeing my work come to life, whether it's negotiating in, author, contract in. I see it become a quest or negotiating a contract. For an event space and seeing it become one of our famous events, it's really fun to see that play out and feel like I'm really a part of it. Not any other people said ever. So amazing to work with great personalities. Everyone's a geek in a different way. But also, you know, everyone's so creative, everyone really collaborates and we've got a a real culture of innovating from the ground up. And we're not afraid to tear things down. We're not afraid to let go of older ideas that we've kind of outgrown and we're. Constantly thinking about new things to bring to our audience both in terms of features and content. The awesome thing is we also get to really engage with the community and the the customers at large through events as well as just a normal app interactions and platform interactions. So for folks like us in product, we really get the opportunity to continue to kind of weave our own culture into that of the audience, which has been great. Something that I'm really proud about is the culture of the marketing team. So we have three values, growth, Co elevation and excellence. So when it comes to growth, we believe that it's always important to uplevel ourselves and push ourselves and we don't do this to just ourselves but to each other. So for example, we have a selfie or it didn't happen challenge on social media where we encourage each other to work out. The second value is called Co elevation. This means no man gets left behind, we always supporting each other. Get to the finish line and the third values excellence, which means it's always about delivering our best. Whatever our best is, we need to put it into every single project that we work on. Mind Body isn't just a brand, it's a feeling. It's a feeling of constantly striving to be the best you can be so you can serve the world. And what I'm most proud about, Case studies, the millions of people who have seen their lives change through Mind Valley, and thus Mind Valley becomes almost like their identity. What excites me about my bully is that we are a true global spirit company. You know, after the pandemic in particular, we dispersed around the world that we truly embrace the concept of remote working. And we have over 40 nationalities in mine valley. We want two things. We just want our shape, a players that can get their, you know, ideal job anywhere. But I'll tell you what. If you love change, if you love speed, if you're an initiator, if you have plenty of ideas that you want to test. You wanna you wanna find the best idea and then pitch that idea to all the exacts.
