We are rapidly learning about the power of Generative AI and its ability to transform jobs and skills within organizations, but it is still highly misunderstood. While being talked about within the C-Suite and on most earnings calls, many organizations are still only on the introductory steps of the journey, and of understanding how their organizations and human capital will need to evolve with AI. One thing is certain, however. Companies that will win going forward are those with good data, data scientists, and proprietary databases of customer data. The power of generative AI is only as good as the base data powering the insights you need to transform your organization.
