Meet Joe White! Our Health & Safety lead, and a veteran. Today we honor and celebrate Joe’s duty to our country and dedication to our team on #HireAVetDay. He is one of three veterans we proudly call our own at NewRange. We honor Joe for his service in the U.S. Army before eventually starting a mining career. He served a tour of duty in Afghanistan and two tours in Iraq, is a Purple Heart recipient, and retired as a staff sergeant after 22 years of service. Joe remembers, “To watch soldiers, that were once considered enemies, stand by your side, fight with you, and protect you, is an experience I won’t forget.”
