Ministry comes with its challenges, and we understand that leading and pastoring can bring days of discouragement and weariness. Yet, pastors and church leaders, remember that you are making a significant impact on the lives of those you lead and serve. Even amidst difficulties, maintain your focus on this key question: What legacy are you and your church leaving for the next generation?

Many churches say they want to make disciples who make disciples but can struggle to do this in a way that deeply connects and sustains throughout the entire church. Church strategist and visionary, Clint Grider, argues, “Never has there been a greater disconnect between God’s desired outcomes, people’s life journeys, and what they experience through church.” There are gaps between what churches are seeking and what is actually happening. How can leaders close these gaps? That's why Clint wrote Mind the Gap: Leading Your Church to Agility and Effectiveness in Any Environment. Discover what these gaps are and how to close them in ministry. Order a copy here: https://auxa.no/4czWjtN #clarityfirst #mindthegap

As business people, we often overlook the significance of morality, clarity, and spirituality. We must acknowledge that there are certain issues that we can and should attempt to resolve and that there is a limit to the knowledge we can acquire and share. Therefore, it's essential to remain humble and recognize our limitations as individuals even in our ability to lead others. We cannot ignore the spiritual aspect of life because it's inherent in human nature to seek it out. We must respect this aspect and allow others to follow our lead in this too. #strategicthinking
God has prodded me these last few years to pay close attention to the global Church. This is what I’ve discovered: Pastors worldwide face overwhelming commitments and need more support to keep going and train the Church of tomorrow. Especially after COVID hit, burnout and discouragement were widespread among ministry workers. While their dedication was unwavering, their time and resources were stretched thin. If you know a pastor in your life, remember that they, too, are just like us: part of Jesus’ flock and in need of a Shepherd to give them guidance and rest. It's time to stand alongside our pastors, providing them with the encouragement and appreciation they truly deserve.
