Calling all Non-Black People Hate speech toward Black women is rising as VP Kamala Harris moves toward nomination. Black women are experiencing increased misogynoir (discrimination at the intersection of anti-Black racism and sexism in US visual and digital media) and we need to #SpeakUp to #StopRacism. Let's be honest- interrupting racism is hard. Many of us want to be an ally but don't know how. Too often our nervous systems crash and we are unable to act in the moment.
