Well.. the problem with “based on what you know about your own work this year” is the lens through which it’s viewed… My manager could see flaws that I’m blinded to. It’s up to me to learn and grow from real feedback. Of course, if the review is actually inaccurate, there’s probably no need to validate it with an LLM at that point… you’d just know. It’d be impossible to give an LLM all the necessary context anyway.

I’m assuming you mean the performance review from your manager? I feel like that would be weird for a self-review.
