NEW MIRAMAR IOS ACQUISITION: Miramar Buys 4.19 Acre IOS Site in Fort Worth, TX Miramar is pleased to announce that Miramar IOS Partners has closed on the acquisition of a 4.19 stabilized IOS project located in Fort Worth, Texas. The project is leased for ~10 years to SRS Distribution, Inc., a Texas-based distributor of roofing materials and building products which was recently acquired by The Home Depot.

Miramar is pleased to announce that Miramar IOS Partners has closed on the acquisition of a 3.94 acre redevelopment site located in the heart of Torrance, CA. The project will be redeveloped into a state of the art, low coverage Class A IOS project which will feature a 30,000 SF industrial building and 2 acres of excess yard. Rob Flores with CBRE is handling the leasing of the project.
