I have selected this work for the offer "Behind the Masks of Utopian Joy", which will be held at Chili Art Gallery (13-15 Dimofontos Street, Thissio) from Thursday, 22 February to Saturday, 2 March 2024 and online via ARTgrid, for a month. I have four works to choose from. Two of them will be selected to be put on display during the exhibition. The works are available in 5 hand-signed prints on museum-quality materials. I'm very interested in the exhibition's theme: what's behind the overly optimistic masks. What do we use to mask or reveal our thoughts/feelings? 1. Red Scarf 3

A virtual experience is a gate to observe art uniquely – a way to make the impossible possible. What cannot exist in the physical world can easily be a reality in the virtual. Online exhibitions and virtual art allow artists to explore art exhibitions from a fresh perspective. What happens when a painter and a rock musician collaborate to create an out-of-this-reality online art exhibition? Will the result be more than merely the sum of art and space? Painter Petri Ala-Maunus and rock musician Sami Yaffa created the La-La Land Dark Side virtual art exhibition and discovered a new dimension of creativity and inspiration.
