The results are in, the coaching industry has “jumped the shark”. Last week I published a poll to gauge market readiness for AI 🤖 coaching at scale and… 88% of respondents were not ready to part ways with humans coaches. At least, not yet. 69% embraced the use of AI-generated insights to enhance the human coaching experience. This was not a #gallup poll and my finding are hardly statistically significant, but make no mistake, although there’s an appetite for more AI (not less), the market still greatly values human interaction.
