Hey folks! It's week eight of 2% Better 💪 , where I highlight an operational improvement my team is implementing that's not world-changing but gives us a meaningful small efficiency gain. It's time to talk about single-sourcing content, with the power of iorad. 📓 Summary: We offer content packaged in many ways, from robust certifications to quick product spotlights. Instead of completely re-building content for each of these courses, we use iorad to create a source of truth that can be reused anywhere. 🌀 Background: With 60+ courses covering every product feature Clever Inc. offers, my team has a lot of content to manage. Plus, features are constantly changing and improving. #SAASLife 😂 To get ahead of these changes, we use iorad clickable tutorials, which offer two key benefits: 1.) We can use these across multiple courses without issue: they're embedded in Skilljar, similar to a video. 2.) When we update an iorad, it dynamically updates *everywhere* -- whether it's linked in an email or embedded in a course. Every time a product changes, we can quickly update the iorad and rest assured everyone has access to the newest version. 📈 Impact: We save ~2 hours each time we need to make updates to our content, thanks to iorad's single sourcing. That adds up to a work week or more saved every year! #CustomerEducation #CusEd #CustomerSuccess #Efficiency #EdTech #SAAS #2percentbetter See past posts here: 1️⃣ https://lnkd.in/gB3FhZa9 2️⃣ https://lnkd.in/gV6h3rBe 3️⃣ https://lnkd.in/g9u_cvgt 4️⃣ https://lnkd.in/gcebWtzq 5️⃣ https://lnkd.in/gvt58Z_K 6️⃣ https://lnkd.in/gyqYmQFk 7️⃣ https://lnkd.in/gx2EgpgD

3moThis sounds like a great idea, manually updating slide decks to reflect new software releases can be a time suck.
