If you're a solo, head of business development without any support ... You NEED to hire a virtual sales assistant today! A typical scenario is that solo senior sales hires are expected to close, hunt, prospect, and nurture leads. The problem ..... your best time is spent closing and nurturing, but your top-of-funnel is drier than the Sahara. The solution .... hire an outsourced sales assistant immediately as a cost-effective way to start building your top-of-funnel machine. Here are a few things they will help you solve on day 1: • 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: Even if you have the data tools, quality prospecting always takes human effort and they can review data and compile super-accurate lists. • 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵: Have them research prospects and feed you super relevant talking points before you reach out. • 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Create a script and tell your assistant to email ten people a day. This is quicker than purchasing and setting up a sequencing system. • 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: Get them your calendar link, and they can help you schedule calls. • 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: Build them a follow-up sequence so that you have a system in place to stay in front of leads. • 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀: Increase your show rate for sales calls by having your assistant email the lead multiple times before a meeting. You can share resources, faqs, and anything else that will provide value to the prospect. A breakdown of the regions we hire from: Philipines: • $500-$800/month • Great for researching and data validation. • Great at repeatable tasks that are clearly defined. Mexico: • $1000-$2000/month • Great at research and data validation. • They can also handle responses to prospects after training. • You can usually have these hires take a more active role in communication with prospects. Here at Hello Outbound, we handle all the infrastructure (data, campaigns, copywriting) of an Outbound Sales Program, delivering you warm conversations to close and nurture.
