🤔 A new client really put me on the spot last week 😨 😱 After discussing the requirements of their new vacancy, they then said “Right, so what stops me from putting down the phone and calling a few more agencies” 😱 It really caught me out as I hadn’t been asked this question since I first started in recruitment.
