Savills have advised Morgan Capital and Capital-38 on the pre-leasing of 21 Bloomsbury Street to leading entertainment and sports agency, Creative Arts Agency (CAA). The 85,000 sq ft headquarters building, designed by Stiff + Trevillion Architects, has best-in class tenant amenity and is targeting the highest sustainability credentials. This is the largest self-contained building letting in the West End this year and is due for completion in Q2 2025.
