Scalers - CTO/CPO Meetup - is happening tonight, and the subject? 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗺! I quite enjoy hosting these subject-focused discussions between peers, and we are having 3 year anniversary around the corner! It's been slightly messy getting here, and there are plenty of iterations. 😵💫 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗴𝗲𝘁-𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 - 𝗩𝗼𝘁𝗲   members will vote, suggest, and vote on a subject that they want to discuss at the meeting. We then find 2 questions attacking the subject from different perspectives. 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝟮 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲. 𝟮 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 - 𝟮 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭 10 Min into and arrive 20 Min breakout session discussing the first question 25 Min joint session following up on the discussions 5 Min buffer 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮 20 Min breakout session discussing the second question 30 Min joint session following up on the discussions 10 Min wrap-up, feedback 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 - 2-4 members discussing   During the breakout sessions, I will jump between the different sessions to help present the conversation and prompt any major things the groups discuss I quite like this setup as the focus is Peer to Peer interaction and insights, that you can take home!
