Why not just rent instead of buy? RaaS - I don’t know when I’m going to kick the bucket and would feel terrible leaving it on it’s own and burdening the next generation with yet another asset that requires disposition.

I’d much prefer spending the money on an ADU to offer a younger person a very inexpensive or no cost housing option to help them get a financial footing. Having an #intergenerational relationship and friendship with another human being is much more preferable along with all the co-supportive possibilities. Talking to Hal as a personal assistant is not the future I care to imagine thank you.
