MIT AgeLab reposted this
Earlier this week I had the pleasure to visit AI Sweden and present a collection of my work from Massachusetts Institute of Technology/MIT AgeLab and Chalmers tekniska högskola. It was an incredible opportunity to showcase some of the exciting projects I’ve been involved in, and to discuss the importance of considering the user in the design of AI. A big thank you to the team at AI Sweden, Mats Nordlund and Bryan Reimer who helped make this possible. #usercenteredAI #humanfactors #vehicleautomation
A big thank you to Dr. Linda Pipkorn for the perfect kickoff to our very first AI Labs Fika! ☕ 🚀 During the fika, Dr. Pipkorn, a postdoctoral researcher at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), generously shared insights from real-world studies on how humans interact with various levels of vehicle automation. Her research focuses on understanding human limitations in interacting with different levels of automation, with the goal of designing safer systems that align with human behaviour. 🌟 🚗💡Are you curious about what’s next in AI in automotive? Join us for our upcoming partner-exclusive event: AI in Automotive: An Afternoon Focused on Concepts and Commercialization, where we will highlight AI Sweden's vision for AI’s future impact on the automotive industry. 🗓 When: October 1, 14:30 – 16:45 📍 Where: AI Sweden Gothenburg, Lindholmspiren 11, 417 56 Gothenburg Please note that this is a partner-exclusive event.
