‘24: The Year of More Developing a new brand identity is an exciting journey, but the significance of internal campaigns is often overlooked. How can we effectively share our vision with the team and create internal brand ambassadors? Here are three keys to help create internal alignment: 1. Plan Your Internal Launch Campaign. Create an emotional connection between your employees and your brand. A simple email won’t cut it, but a personal delivery or a fun company party can engage employees and make them feel invested in the new identity. 2. Share the Brand Vision. Choose the right moment to launch your new brand internally. Gather the team, explain your decision to rebrand, and share the journey that led to the new identity. 3. It’s a Team Effort. Allow employees to ask questions and absorb the new brand guidelines. Their insights will be invaluable for the external launch campaign. One of our clients, after 20 years in business, needed to change their company name.
