I’ve always believed in the idea that if even one person’s life is better because of you, then it makes life worth living. This belief has guided me throughout my journey, but it wasn’t when I started my career that I truly understood what it takes to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life. It became clear to me when we founded InTimeTec and witnessed Jeet living this out every single day with commitment and consistency. One of the things that stands out at In Time Tec is our offsites, where the leadership team spends a few days together, bonding and aligning on our goals. Last week, we had the privilege of spending five days together in Ranthambore. That offsite was truly transformative. It led us to take some bold steps, and under Jeet’s leadership and guidance, we have overhauled the entire organization to ensure we’re ready for the future. A key takeaway for us has been the importance of prioritizing people over process. We firmly believe in supporting growth based on merit, not rigid processes. As we step into the next phase of the company, we’re excited to see many new leaders taking charge and helping move our mission of “Creating Abundance“ forward. I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of something bigger than myself, where we’re able to create opportunities for those around us. Excited to finally take a moment to share some news about my role at Hirschbach as the company’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), responsible for overseeing and driving all aspects of our technology landscape, both internal systems and external-facing innovations. It’s been an incredible 11 months here, but I’ve been so heads down learning the ins and outs of this unique industry that I haven’t had a chance to post until now. Transportation is a fascinating space, rich with data and full of opportunities to transform how business is done. It’s clear that technology can play a huge role in improving efficiency, safety, and service, and I’m energized by the possibilities ahead. A huge thank you to Richard Stocking, our CEO, and Brad Pinchuk, our Chairman and Owner, for trusting me with the responsibility of leading this critical digital transformation for the company. It’s been an honor to be part of such a forward-thinking organization, and I’m grateful for their confidence in my leadership.
