To make sales, four things are important: 1. Needs and specific requirements. 2. Budget. 3. Timeline and authority. 4. authority. A huge number of people like BMW cars. They love it and have a huge interest on it. Most of them even visit the showroom to know the price. Does that mean they are going to buy that BMW car? Some professionals think a good salesperson can sell anything to anyone. Actually, this reveals their lack of knowledge and experience. A salesperson's duty is to find someone who is a good fit for the product, to understand the person's ability to pay for the product or service, to know their decision-making timeline, and to understand why they are looking for that product or service. finally who is the ultimate decision maker. Here's the challenge: a skilled salesperson discovers all these answers by asking the right questions, while a non skilled one struggles to know what those questions are. Once they have that information, they craft the presentation and deal accordingly. Once a customer understands, they get what they were looking for. They trust you, value your efforts, and may consider buying from you. #salesskills #salesframework #salesstrategy
