Usually people often say to use a formula to calculate the battery capacity, but in fact there is no universal formula suitable for all situations. Because the discharge of battery 1 is not linear, and batteries of various brands are also different. For example, take a certain brand of 10Ah 12V battery as an example, and the battery will be discharged to 10.5 (1.75X6) V. If discharged at 0.05C or 0.5A, it can be discharged for 20 hours and the capacity of 10Ah can be released; If discharged at 0.4C or 4A, it can be discharged for 2 hours and the capacity of 8Ah can be released; If discharged at 1C or 10A, it can be discharged for 0.5h and the capacity of 5Ah can be released; If it is discharged at 3C or 30A, it can be discharged for 0.025h and the capacity of 2.5Ah is released. That is to say, the greater the discharge current, the smaller the discharged capacity, and the more inaccurate the calculated results will be. Therefore, if you want to more accurately determine the battery capacity at a specified time in engineering, you must combine calculation with lookup tables or curves.

These sensors allow the modules 𝐔𝟖𝟓𝟓𝟔 𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐑𝟖𝟓𝟑𝟔 (𝐰𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬) to measure highly accurate current values and record them using the LR8450-series data logger. Due to their compact size, they can easily access wires even in the tight spaces of a vehicle's wiring box, making them suitable for simultaneous current measurements of multiple components. They also enable high-accuracy measurements for tasks such as assessing the appropriateness of fuse ratings and recording leakage currents when the EV is turned off.
