When I was a lot younger, I used to tell our folks that I didn't have to like somebody to sell them something, or work on a project with them. As I've gotten older, I found that I may not have to, but it's easier and more fun If I do. A great deal of that is due to the "If they want you to win, they will help you win" statement above.
