Working in start-ups and help set-up a big number amount of businesses, I realize that a lot of founders and owners don't understand the important role of good accounting work. Bad accounting will lead to failure. Running my own businesses I feel most annoyed when my numbers are not correct. Eventually everything in business is planned with number, tracked with number and reflected with number.
