While last year was a challenge from a top-line revenue perspective, I'm proud of my team's 29% close rate at Commence Studio! Productizing what we do has made time-to-send rates shrink, and close rates increase! According to Teamwork.com "looking at sales closing ratio benchmarks can still be helpful since most agencies will fall much closer to the average [...]. A general rule of thumb is that a sales closing ratio of 20% is considered average, while a 30% or higher ratio is considered best in class." Now time to keep filling the funnel! 📈 P.S.
