🏡 UNIQUE DEAL ALERT! 🚨 This charming Olympic Hills home sits on a large 7,800 square foot lot zoned Residential Small Lot (RSL). This zoning allows for multifamily development, but the existing home was too cute (and too valuable) to tear down. Red Door Investments was interested in the existing house and Legacy Group Capital was interested in the land.
