Sometimes that means diving into the grittier topics nobody else wants to tackle. 🙈 Ivan Lansberg’s "Succeeding Generations" is a must-read for those interested in understanding the unique dynamics of family businesses. Lansberg’s insights on leadership succession, generational transitions, and balancing family values with business growth offer powerful lessons for leaders at all levels. The recurring themes with my family business clients are IDENTITY, SUCCESSION and LEGACY and it's not at all surprising to me that these align perfectly with Ivan's teachings in the book.
