It's a double book recommendation from me today. 👏 In family-owned businesses, leadership isn't just about strategy - it's about navigating the complexities of relationships and long-term sustainability. Sometimes that means diving into the grittier topics nobody else wants to tackle. 🙈 Ivan Lansberg’s "Succeeding Generations" is a must-read for those interested in understanding the unique dynamics of family businesses.
